DELIVERD TO WRONG ADRESS

Dear sir, Delhi EPF office posted my PF Amount Cheque on HDFC, 409/1, Golden Eye, I-Block, RT Nagar-Bangalore 32 vide Speed Post No. ED5555719021IN dated 19.03.2009 through BNPL SPC NEW DELHI. vide Speed Post No. ED555571902IN dated 19.03.2009. As per postal authority, the above article was delilvered on 13.04.2009 to SRT Nagar. It supoose to Deliver to HDFC, 409/1, Golden Eye, I Block, RT Nagar Bangalore-560032. But it delivred to SRT Nagar. So please help me...
