Deactivation of mobile

Dear sir,

we had bought a virgin mobile from HOTSPOT RETAILS LTD. D-131, KAMLA NAGAR, NEW DELHI-07 on 14 july. On that very day we had submitted all the documents required by them. Today our mobille has been deactivated due to to non-submission of documents. After contacting Customer Care today morning at around 8:50, we came to know that the documents submitted by us did not reach the virgin office. This is really something ridiculous that because of their negligence, poor customer has to suffer.
