Complain against illegal construction

I am the owner of H.No.2383 ward no 10 (1st floor), gali, kucha meer hashim, bazaar chitli qabar, turkman gate. Delhi 110006.my house is about 80 years old.

The new owner of ground floor, Mrs ABIDA BEGUM w/o MR.IMTIYAZ MIRZA, making an illegal structure at the ground floor.

it may be very dangerous.

i request you to looked into this metter & take some positive & strictly step.

so that we may live happily & cheerfully without any fear...
