CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Dear Sir,

I have 3-meters in my house in the following names :

1) Sm Namita Bhattacharya (myself) - Consumer No: 51039009004

2) Achintya Bhattacharya (my elder son) - Consumer No: 510339010005

3) Ratna Bhattacharya (my elder son's wife) - Consumer No: 510339009013

My Residential address is 51/18, Kumud Ghosal Road, Ariadaha, Kolkata-700057. The funny part of this is that my residential in the bill in my name and my elder son's bill is wrong written as 51/16, Kumud Ghosal. Ariadaha. Kolkata-700057

I have tried several times that the residential addresses of my bill and my elder son's bill are incorrect. To this effect I have applied to Kamarhati Office with all relevant documents (Municipality Tax Bill, Chairman's letter, etc.) at least thrice. I do not know whom to reach me for this minor change. In this regard I like to mention that if the bills do not reach me I will not be responsible for payment of the bills. I request you to kindly do needful immediately.
