Change of meter immediately

My name is Thumma srinivasarao. i am living in valaparla in my own house. recently i got new current meter for my house purpose. we are living in below poverty line. but we got the current bill very high. I complaint to the local line man. but he did not take any action. we got more than 300/- and 400/- some times 200/- per month.

I think some thing is wrong in our current meter . we are unable to pay that mutch of amount every month. try to check up our load and try to change my meter immediately under any circumstances.
