Worst experience Installation not getting done

Hi,

I have bought a bedroom set from housefull international ltd, Chinchwad, Pune. The delivery of the same has been done on April 6, whose delivery challan number is 1008/670. After 2 days the delivery person comes and started installation of the set. During the installation he found that some channels are missing in the wardrobe. He left the installation then and there and from date til now i am following up for the missing channels. i am constantly getting in touch on 09011088740. At start representatives used to pick calls but now they have stopped taking calls also. Now i am in complete mess what to do. It is purely a case of cheating.

Can some one help me please.
