Defective Sofa Set at the time of delivery

I bought a sofa set (3 1 1) a week ago from Housefull pune, it was okay when i saw there in the showroom but when they delivered it at my home it was defective. I have told them clearly that its their responsibility to deliver the right product at the consumers end. They are not responding to this, just delaying the matter... I want to have a new fresh sofa set. WHAT TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE... ALL ARE FRAUD
