Dear Sir,

1. The site www.bbservice.bsnl.in is not opening. I want to change my password as I felt that my internet bills are more than expected. Further I want to make payment through the on line. In both the case I failed to achieve the desired result.

2. Hence I want that the people in the customer care as well as those officials, whose phone number is given, have to be properly educated. Further disciplinary action is to be initiated against those who are not making available responsible people for attending the phone, so as to help those customers who make calls. Please try to understand that no body bothers any body unless they got genuine queries to make.

3. I am also aware that BSNL authorities would not take cognizance of this complaint, as I had bitter experience, about 2 years back wasting my energy, when I could not activate a SIM Card which purchased from Saroor Nagar office (HYD) of BSNL and series of representation was made up to Officiating GM (BSNL) level both through e mail as well as through phone. But there were no response. Even I send the representation to Saroor Nagar office in person, not for the sake of a few hundred rupees, but to give some feed back, so that system can improve. Now once again story is being repeated.

4. See for example at least computerized system in Indian Railway has grown to a great extend, though there is no competition to them. But TELECOME AREA is with full of global players (both Indian and multinational). But what is the use?

5. You may consider my representation, if it is worth and if you have any love towards the Public Sector Company, myself being a retired senior PSU Executive.
