Number were not responding

Iam the esteemed customer of your bank and making transactions by last 4 years, but certain services providing by the bank was so poor and no response from the persons who are incharge on those matters.

By last 3 years iam facing the similar problem of knowing the break up of my house loan interest and principal, because which is required for me to inform the company, or else they wil deduct TDS for me.

And loan statement for an year was not reaching within the time, so in the last Assessment Year iam unable to file the return within the prescribed time. Please dont repeat the same for this year.

As i have called this numbers 1800-22-4848, 42088000 for many times but call was not get connected.
