There is a pending case of Mr Atul Sakhuja versus Suparna Banerjee (suit no. 19) is pending in the court of Shri Vikas Dhall, JSCC/ASCJ/Guardian judge, Dwarka Court.

On 21st January MCD submitted an action taken report before the Honourable Court in which it stated "In regard this it is humbly submittied in the office of Hon'bl Lt Governor and it has been desired that both the fllats to be inspected and submit a report before the court.

This is to bring to your notice, the fact that heavy construction work has been going on in the flat of Atul Sakhuja (flat 1745 A, Sector B, Pocket 1, Vasant Kunj) si9nse 9th May While the nature of tis ongoing construction is still nuclear, it is extremely irrugular that costruction work should be undertaken whilr the matter is SUBJUDICE and a report from MCD is awaited. I hereby request you to immediately intervene and stop the present contruction in flat 1745 A.
