Dear Sir,

A charity NGO which helps blindpeople getting sight has been cheated by a house owner in chennai who has taken rental advance of Rs.3 lakhs through cheque but not returning.

The charity paid the money to Mr Ramakrishna Puroshot, Mobile-9940487488 and 9940150233 as advance through bank cheque with a confidence that the agreement will be done later.

when the charity went to occupy the house for office, they found the house is not ready as committed and hence have to take another space to start the work. And now this man is not refunding the money to the charity.

what can be done to this kind cheaters?

As this man is not paying back the staff have to sacrifice the salary to recover the paid amount as it's official money which can not be accounted with out occupying the office.

Any help would be appreciated.
