Non attending of calls

On 19.8.2009 at about 2.00 PM I was having difficulty in getting connected to a Toll free number 1800 222 725 and was getting a message that 'this facility was not available on your phone'. Since I am having the facility of STD/ISD on my phone and was easily getting connected to STD/ISD numbers, I tried to seek help from No.1500. The executive who attended my call at No.1500 guided me to contact phone No.2585700 (Sector 16, PKL Exchange Number). On contacting this number, the lady who responded told me that since it seems to be some technical fault, I should contact Sector 5 PKL exchange at phone Nos.2585700/2585200. Inspite of my trying for more than ONE FULL HOUR at these numbers no body picked up the phone - might be the attendents enjoying sound sleep in the air conditioned environment, the facility provided by the employer to improve upon the services. Fed up trying these numbers, I, however managed the number of some SDO 2584377, who though attended my call very quickly but expressed his helplessness in solving my problem or check up as to why no one was ateending to phone Nos.2585600 and 2585200. As a patient customer I withdrew from my efforts keeping in view the overall improvement in BSNL services, but decided to bring these facts to the knowledge of higher ups for mending the attendents of phone Nos.2585600 and 2585200, if it is within their powers/competence. Otherwise let them be as patient as I am and let the things go on as they are going. With Regards
