Marriage Affidavit submited still passport not granted

This is on behalf of my wife Manjula Kota.file no HYDW71209588 she has asked to submit her Marriage affidavit and submitted on 30th of september 08, after her police enquiry is ok, shown in status position. They told her it will come within one month, but so for it is not granted, we are watching status position daily on internet. How far it will take, Please update any

problum in status position so that we can prepare further to full fill.
