Action against complaints

Hi

just wanted to know whether any actions will be taken regarding the complaints thru this website..

is there any number where we can lodge a complaints against conductors..for not issuing tickets..

i have experienced several times the conductors not issuing tickets just for 3 or 4 stops..they will take the full money and directly put it into there pockets..

My sincere request to the concerned officers .. pls take action against such conductors and make the KSRTC to run in a more profit way!!!
