Service provided by Postman in our area

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice, the way service is provided by the Post Man in our area. Its not only me, there are other ladies who face similar problems with postal service in our area.

Today, a letter from SBI was delivered by speed post. The person who delivered the post was new and I had never seen the person before. He was so harsh and rude to us. We stay in first floor, and he was shouting like anything to us, to come fast to ground floor and collect the letter. When I said that we have to walk down the steps, and we cannot come fast, he started shouting that if we need the letter, we need to come fast, or else, he cannot deliver the letter to us.

He also said that if possible, we can complain against him to respective person, and he will see to that no letters will be delivered to us.

I was shocked to hear such a statement from the post person. Similar issue was also faced by several ladies staying in our area.

Request you to kindly look into this matter, and do the needful.
