Non availability of Passport

Dear Sir,

I had applied for a passport about almost a year back. Three passpotrs namely in the name of my self (Anju KAushik, Husband Anil Kaushik and Son Madhur Kaushik was applied on one day and at one time.

The pasport in resect of my husband and son had been received but i was told that the pasport shall come as the same is under process.

I have even lost my slip as it got mutilated. However the pasport number of my husband and son are

H0461779 and H0461780 respectively
