Faulty bill

I had a BSNLphone connection bearing no.0120-2605602 .i had got this connection closed in the month of May itself by submitting an application to this effect tand.the same was done then and there on line on the BSNL authorised counter. Thereafter, i paid the bill which was generated after closing of my phone connection.i also submitted the phone set and the modem to BSNL and got voucher of the same. However, to my utter surprise i found after around one month that there was one more bill of around Rs.1700. hundred generatd for the number which was already closed.i already have submitted application for waiving off this amount to BSNL and agan request you on line to look into the matter and waive off this amount. Action taken in this regard may also be intimated to me.
