Delayed in opening my A/c

With regards,

my self sunanda surve on 1-oct wanted to open my A/c with all my here by document sumition to the bank authority. I here by sumitted a bigv aount thinking the BANK icici WHICH HAS ITS own god reputation but when I sumitted my document & the cash the A/c was not been opened withen thte given duration (7day) we were given on such infrormation & no responce from to open the A/C then the took 21 day s but have not opened my A/C after been complained & for returnigg... they gave no resp & we only have to call them (we have to face many problem)

& fro the amount no compensation has been provided to us by the bank
