Non receipt of enhanced family pension as per 6th central pay commission

Iam a recipient of Enhanced Family Pension of my late husband Shri. Anthony Dass from 21st Nov.

This has reference to the receipt of the enhanced Family Pension for a period of 10 years as per Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, New Delhi Letter No. F.No. 38/37/08-P&PW (A) pt.11 Sl. No. 3 Para 8.2 dated 03rd Oct as per the 6th Central Pay Commission. A letter explaining the discrepancy was already furnished to Indian Overseas Bank, Indiranagar Branch, Bangalore in Mar but in vain.

The gross amount of Family Pension received has been reduced from the 21st Nov onwards, whereas Iam entitled to receive the enhanced family pension for a period of 10 years from 21st Nov as per the above letter.

I kindly request the authorities to look into the matter and take necessary action to credit my SB A/c No. 14872. Indian Overseas Bank, Indiranagar, Bangalore with the fixed enhanced family pension as per the implementation of the 6th Central Pay Commission at the earliest.
