Regading newspaper bills

Dear sir, mam

My self aditya sachdeva.i have news paper agency.i distributed the news paper from 1-06-07 to 30-07-08 to housing board office, but i no resvied any payment from hbo office. i m not from rich family, i m from middle class family. so many time i gone there for my payment but every month they said that come after some days and take your payment.but onwer mr. chabbra not given my payment. my newspaper bill period mr chabbra was owner. my total bill amount is 4135. and i think i already wasted my fuel amount 1000. mr chabbra again by again saying that i lost the bill, i given the new bills forth time to him and no body taking any tension.before some i given the complaint latter to dairy department in hbo office . but still no response.sir plz do me a fever. plz kindly do something about my payments.
