Not provide to me my demanded document

I am housing loan custamer of lichfl my loan a/c no, is 056003648

due to high intrest rate of lichfl i wants to takeover my loan to other bank so he demanded me

1) list of document

2) out standing amount statement

so i was give application in writing to lichfl's surat area office on date 15/04/09 and 08/05/09 and i was e mail to it's h.o., how ever lichfl not send me my demanded document and he ols not care to give any reply to my appli. and e-mail
