Pathetic bank behaving like petty Money lender with Gundas

Hi,

This is regarding House loan from ING Vysya bank

You have not produced July cheque to my citibank and it is mistake from your side. Ontop of your mistake you have informed recovery agent to collect the outstanding amount from me.

Recovery agent called me and told me in rude tone there was cheque bounce from my bank and if I fail to pay the July EMI, Vysya bank is going to take legal action against me. This is disgusting! I did not expect this kind of mistake from Ing Vysya bank..YOU ARE BEHAVING LIKE A ROADSIDE MONEY LENDER WITH GUNDAS.

I request you to promptly present post dated cheque to my bank as there is no fund shortage whatsoever. If I get call again from your recovery agent I would be complaining against you to RBI/Consumer court and I will take legal action against the bank.
