Toilet Leakage at my home

Hi, My name is ankit doshi and i am staying at C-9, Purshottam Park, 4th Carter road. Borivali (east).mumbai-400066 and i am facing a toilet leakage problem since 2 yrs. There is a Toilet Leakage from top of my floor with small small worms in it. I registered this complaint to my building secretry but he is not helping us as the person staying above my flat is not ready to help them. My house is stinking throughout the day. Also the small small wroms crawl to kitchen. In toilet the leakage continously fall on our head. While bathing the toilet leakage falls from top. They may also come in our food which we eat. Please Please help me as there are no one to helpme.
