Dear Sir,

I purchase a flate from builder 4 yrs ago. in navi mumbai (Building on 12.5% plot). But builder not support us to make housing Society & transfer of Land. He is asking more & more mony (noew he is asking Rs. 6 Lacs) from us for Society registration & land transfer. W've already given all money for Society resig. & land transfer to builder..

Plz let us know wht to do
