HP 1600 Colour laser jet printers
Display light not glowing & complaint not booked by the service centre

Dear Sir,

We are using number of Products of HP & Compaq including a

colour laserjet printer purchased dated 22/6. I went to your

service centre at bhopal on 21/06. They have not registered the complaint and said that HP is closed on saturday & sunday. But on monday it will be 23rd and warranty will lapse. So

why you are not registering the complaint if you celebrate your holiday twice in the week. Kindly look in this matter and get my

printer display ok on 23rd by taking it into warranty itself, since it not my fault that you are closed on saturday and sunday.
