Replacement of Printe

I have purchased an hp printer model no. DeskJet F4185 (all in one) serial no. CN84T6W2PZ from nahar enterprises bathinda on 20/09 and after one week i.e. on 26/09. I registered my complaint to hp customer care on 27/09 complaint no. 8016515863. On 29/09 their service engineer came and declared it a manufacturing defect and said that the company will replace it. Now hp is replacing my printer with an old one I don’t know why they are doing this to me as I have bought this printer as sealed pack and now they are exchanging it with an old unit. Please help me as the matter is creating tension in mind and I am feeling cheated after making many calls to them, it feels like begging my thing from them.
