No delivery of promotional gift (kodak digital camera)

I had bought a HP Pavilion *DV5 1104 TU laptop from key computers Nagpur on 27/02 and during that period there was an offer going and i was offered a Kodak digital camera, i was advised to render a payment of Rs 1299.00 favoring solutions integrated marketing services pvt ltd, payable at Delhi. the redemption code for the same being TE52TVY1KY. i sent a d.d on syndicate bank, law college square, Nagpur. d.d no 735973 payable at Delhi, favoring the above said name for Rs 1299.00 on 03/03, and have been waiting for the product since then, i was advised that it may take 2-3 months for the delivery and i waited for the same but now its been 6 months and there is no clue of the gift, i feel cheated that though i didn't recd the gift but a company like HP even took participation fee from us and still didn't gave the gift. i would request your esteemed organization to please take necessary action and get the gift delivered, kindly

take note and act accordingly.
