Kerosin oil mixed with Diesel

We have purchased Diesel from HP Petrol pump at Bikramganj on 27-04-08 at 4 p.m. in my SCORPIO C Rde comman rail engin vehicle. Next day morning when we started the vehicle, found starting problem in my vehicle. I toed my vehicle in PATNA at SONALI AUTOS Authorised Dealar of MAHINDRA& MAHINDRA.The same vehicle was checked in workshop by tecnical Spl.and found diesel was mixed with kerosin oil.and due to mixed diesel with kerosin 2 nos.nozzel was damaged. The cost of 2 nos. nozzel are Rs.45000. But my vehicle is under warranty, due to mixed diesel, mahindra has refused to give nozzel under warranty. Hence it is requested to look into the matter personaly and give solution as soon as possible.
