Not getting repaired our Printer by the Registered Deala

We have given our HP make Printer Model OJ PSC 1608 to above reffered company for repairing first time since purchased. The above company had issued work order No. GO/08/00948 Dated 08/09/02008 But very much regretted to say that they never bothered to do the job neither giving any satisfactory reply. We have made so many calls to them every time they are replying the parts are not available. Now we fail to understand that what is to be done, whether we forgive our Printer?
