Not booking

I having hp gas con No: 601416. 1st december i call the agencies and i booked. 1st day they told me, tomorrow only you can book, we are not taking the booking now, better you can call tomorow. Then 2nd december i was booked. till now i not received. Then i make a call and ask the clienter meens, they are telling now till date you not booked, now i am taking the booking that clienter will delivery on your house after 5 days.

because of this i am having so much problem. Please try to arrange the clienter today it.
