HP Printer cheated

I Have brough a HP Colour Laser Print 2605 on Feb. and i have a problem in printer on 20th October. and i have lodged a complaint and they came on November 3rd and they told there is some problem in printer we will replace a new printer and they came on November last week and they replaced the printer which was old and physically damaged also. And the executive have told me that this is new priter and he cheated and gone. but by taking the test print i came to know that this printer they have taken already 4300 copies of print. but in my printer i have taken only 400 sheets and i have complain within half an hour to them. and i ask the manager he telling like that only they replace the printer. i asked my old printer itself he told that we cant give the old printer. but my warranty will be over within 2 months the printer they have given is already physically damaged also.
