Not received free gift

Have purchased a hp dv2910tx laptop. There was a free gift (digitale camera, student bag, headphoneoffer when i purchased a laptop and i have completed all the formalities also and also confirmed with the hp redemption dept. they told me that u will get ur gift in the month of december 1st week but there is no such gift i have recieved till now. now whn ever i call them so they replied me same ans that u will recieve ur gift in 10-15 days coz of there is no stock available. my redemption code is XMXEF9S4F i have purchased a laptop on 27 OCTOBER but still not recived anything.
