Hello sir,

i have a laptop dv2701 tu. I have a problem with my laptop. The problem associated with my graphics resolution..the inbuild hp games doesnt work with full screen mode..for this reason i give my laptop to my nearest authorised HP service centre at siliguri (rt outsourcing). They keep the laptop for many days..but still unable to solve my problem..

The HP case id is 2603317774.

I am an enggineering student i m facing a lot of problems regarding this... They just

told me to keep patience... they are trying...

BUt nine months past... Its under warranty period..When i buyed the laptop the game open in fullscreen mode but after 2 months the error occured..

So i request you if the problem wasnt be solved then please replace my laptop... Frankly saying, I have buyed HP laptop for there best service to the customer... But they are providing me the worst...

Sp, please sir try to help me out from this problem...
