Delay delivery

Respected Sir,

I have the honour to inform you that I am a consumer of (HP gas) your company (Narender gas ageny, noida). I am getting good service from you but in these days I am facing problem to get delivery on time after i caught delivery man 2 times our gas cylinder was half. I ASKED THEM GIVE ME FULL GAS CYLINDER, I booked my gas on 6th march but till now i have not received my gas. I call gas agency so many times, every time they replied it ll come after 2-3days in very rude manner.
