Non delivery of UPS gift as part of now or never offe

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to bring to your notice that we have not received the UPS which was a part of the part of NOW OR NEVER OFFER of hp.

i purchased Hp compaq presario desktop model no. SG3630IL on the 12th of february from docket care system, paper mill road, lko. On the 28th of feb, through an SMS we were intimated us about the file no. 73262 and the status being under progress. On the 5th of march that it will take around 4 weeks to despatch. Further we came to know that on 15/4 that it will be delivered to us in the next 10 days. on 20/4 an Sms was sent about the docket no. 700530153.On the 5th may we received only the printer but no UPS..

It is clearly recommended that UPS is a must for the safety and longevity of the system. So in the last 3 months we are facing inconveniance due to its absence lest it might be damaged. I have paid the entire amount including Rs1000/- as per the terms.

Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter as early as possible and deliver the UPS at the address mentioned below.
