Not taking action to my complaint since 11 months

Have problem in my laptop.it show "window exprorer has stop working" this error i get when i open any file in any location

also i cannot format my window... service centre made scratch on my pc and i visited to the sevice centre more than 6 times. I did all troble shoting..all the the step told by technical support could not fix my problem... I am doing troble shoting since i have purchased... I am doing troble shooting since 8 months..i have wasted my precious time on visited service centre and doing troble shoting... they had replace almost every part of my laptop... now there is no originality remains on my pc... complaint no CCHSAP204084. mobile no 9818196225 s/n: cnf80745fk p/n: kp156pa#acj
