Non Delivery on Time

As per the booking it should have been delivered on 9th of June, 09.

10th June, 09 - they said they have delivery problem, this problem and that problem - did not deliver.

10th June, 09 - they agreed to keep a cylinder, for us to come and collect.By the time we arrange for someone to go collect, they've given it to someone else. They manage to tell us that we should have given them timeline as to when we can collect - How on earth am I suppose to know that I am suppose to give timelines.

worst - they do this each time for the last three times.

HSR Layout, Bangalore Agency is the one in the discussion. They are moving to the BDA complex in HSR in a day or two. God save us from this bureaucracy.
