Non receival of the student offer products

I bought a Hp pavilion notebook on June 20th or so when the student offer from hp was going on and paid Rs 500 on behalf of that offer so as to receive the products. The time frame as told by the company was 6 to 8 weeks, but i havent received any information related to the product by now. I called them several times and i was told that i will receive the products latest by august ending, but haven`t got my things yet. Now when i try to call them the phone is always on the automated voice generated mode and the operators are always busy. My redemption code no is VALDOMJOGJ.Please help me.
