Dear Sir,
I had done my booking (refill) on 04th October and my consumer no. is 630737 (Aundh Gas, NCL Campus, Pune). The confirmation no. is 1469. While doing the booking I was told that it would take about 10 days to deliver the cylinder. But till date I haven't received the same even after 18 days. What was alarming was that, we were give two land line nos. (020 - 25893208 & 25881563) to contact them in case of any queries. But unfortunately I had never been successful in getting those nos. since last four months. I had my self visited couple of times to do the booking and have witnessed the offcials not responding to the calls at all despite of ringing continously.
Due to this lethargic approach of the officials, i am always forced to go all the way to the agency to book the cylinder. Could the recipient of this mail takes appropriate action against the agency and do the needful to many consumers like me. Also we would like to know where to lodge complaint in case if they do not response even to this mail. Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.
