Battery and Original program CDs

Sir

Last month i have purchased one mini laptop at Bangalore. It was brought to visakhapatnam

and 10-07-09, and it has worked only 3days. I have given for repairing to HP Servicing Centre, Visakhapatnam vide their token no.1505 dt 14-07-09. Even after 20days over your people were not responding anything and also they are asking the original CDs, but when i purchased in Bangalore, they have not given any CDs, in such case what is to done?

When i am approaching your HP Centre in Visakhapatnam for taking of delivery of my laptop, simply they are postponing the dates and also telling since it is a new version the spare parts are not having in the Company Depot.

So kindly do the favour.
