Poor Performance Of Product

Dear HP Team,
Namaste!
I regret to inform you that your product HP PRESARIO LT V3155 AV having a serial number 2CE70431NC needs the replacement of its hardware parts
in the interval of every 8 months ever since its purchase.
Following parts has been replaced so far since its purchase:-
1. Battery
2. Adapter
3. Twice the Mother Board for no display (which is quite a usual problem of this model as per your service centre team for this model)
4. And now Its the Hard Disk.(all my study material data lost)
I ask HP do you think that a student who has spent Rs. 36, 500 has got any reason to be satisfied with such type of product?
I have asked the same question from Mr. Debasis Maity (senior manager of eastern india region) who replied me that he is on leave and have forwarded me the email of Mrs. Arunima ghosh. Mrs. Arunima Ghosh has not repied my email till date.
I have also called at new delhi no. 01130306363 who have told me that an ESCALATION DEPT. will be soon approaching me which till date has not approached yet.
Has HP gone ORPHAN?
