Hi,

I have Purchased an HP Pavilion a6710in (Serial number: INA906026Q) from one of the showrooms of HP on 31st March.

There was this scheme that an UPS, Printer and a pen drive would come along with that. However I have received UPS after several follow ups. But I have not got printer till date. It was promised that it will be delivered in the next 4-6 weeks of time by courier. Please see as how many months have passed from 31st March. I have contacted your your showroom and contacted the person whom you have asked to contact (Mr Harinder Shrama sales MGR of HP (Haryana).

Earlier compliant number was given to me on HP website 10 days ago was CCHSAP230090 but i didn't hear anything from HP that too is very frustating.

I am in regular touch with this person. But nothing has turned in my favor. Though it was not my responsibility to contact any person who is not answerable to me because its your concern to get the printer delivered on time. Now i feel its worthless to talk of time as it has crossed all time barrier, isn't?

The overall experience so far regarding the several follow ups have disappointed me to a great extent. Kindly look into the matter seriously and get an HP printer. Please do something so that I keep my trust in HP entact. Waiting for you reply.
