Poor booking system of LPG gas

Complaint against poor booking system of HP, s LPG Gas Cylinder. We get it from "Devi Dayal Enterprises" Sec-8, Rohini, Delhi-85.. Their booking no.s 27940639, 27940104, 9891740104, 9899140104 are always in not attending position. They might have put some call barring/ other system. Any one can chek it by calling. U will not get connected, i m sure. We always have to go to their office for booking. Due to which we are suffering a lot. My consumer no. is 613909. HP has a Just dial no. 1716 but what if we dont have MTNL no. Because it works rather works sometime with mtnl no only..
