I have compaq two laptop both are having same problem, HP service center says its a HP MFG. Defect. and co. also know that. Problem in mother board, i have also placed complain in hp site but they are giving respond very slow. after 7 day of y complain no one can give me repaly.

I have very mutch trust on hp and also i am useing other 8 product of hp including Destop pc and printers, but now slowly i lost trust on hp. In this case this is manufacture Defect and co also know that.so company have to replace my laptop mother board at free of cost and also give compensation for my inconviniance.
Frist thing in my life we never use any hp product, never recommended any hp product,
