No home delievery

Sir,

I booked gas for home delievery bon 12-9-09 and i was given booking No. R-298. after waiting for many days, when i did not get gas i enquired from the agency i was told that your booking no. given was of register, not of booking voucher and hence again you have to book the gas.

i requested to do the same

again waiting for some days when again i enquired i was told that your gas is not booked yet.and today i.e on 4-10-09 it is being booked.

since 4-10-09 i am daily reminding the agency bit till date the gas has not been delievered at home.

My agency is stafco, sindhu nagar lucknow and my consumer No. is 614526.

The behaviour and attitude of the staff of the agency is to be checked.

home delievery is not proprely done by them.they expect to stand on big ques and take delievery fro m their godown everytime.please check.thanks
