Problem with laptop bearing sl.no. CNU 7251 CXC and p/n GP167PA#ACJ

The lap top bearing sl.no. CNU 7251 CXC having P/N GP 167 PA # ACJ is not working and tried to lodge complaint on 1800112267 but, it is very hard to reach the customer care... tried for about 30 minutes but could not catch..hence, lodged complaint through e-mail to cpsc-callback.india@hp.com on 6th march but no reply received and none of the representative attended the call..hence... lodging complaint in this address..
