Cheating

Have purchase the Laptop worth 40000 rupees in 26 January from E zone Borivali. Laptop is of HP Pavilion. From the date of purchase i have not been able to use the PC because whenever I open microsoft office it asks for the product key. When I enter the product key given on back side of laptop it does not accepts and message appears that invalid key. Regarding this i have manuy times contacted HP customer care but i have got every time new answers and some time the person attending the call even dont know the english. Some time they have given the micrsoft customer care number for contact. When i contacted there they say better you go online on microsoft website and your problem will be solved. When i gone on microsoft website whatever detais they ask for the laptop I have entered but these are not accepted by site. This means something is wrong with the laptop or shop.
