Laptop not working

Dear All,

I purchaged hp laptop model (v3000serial no 2CE6410LBH) last 15month ago but problem facing since las six month before even four time repaired by hp service center but problem still remain and noboday takeing serious in hp service center.we also try to contact senior person for help but no response from hp service peoples, (even delhi service center taken 6000/- rs amount for amc and three time repaired till date. curent my note not working.my last compaint ref no is 2601087126.so I request to all plzz change my note book
