Late Delivery

I live in 114 Dum Dum Park, Kolkata-55 and I have booked for a gas cylinder on 24.05.08, but still 25 days gone on booking, they told me one week more time to delivery. Now I have no full cylinder to use. Please look into this matter, I shall be greatfull to you. My consumer no. 604794.
