I have purchased one desktop and applied for HP everybody offer, i have fullfilled all the necessary formalities. Later i received one mail in which my claim has been approved on 30-05 and it was expected to receive the gift within 3 to 4 weeks, but till date the gift item has not been delivered.

Kindly take immediate steps for delivery of my gift items and let me know when it will be delivered.
